Abstract

This study aimed to determine the level of resiliency, professional development, and performance of non-teaching personnel in a medium-sized Division in Central Philippines during the Fiscal Year 2023. Data for this descriptive-correlational study were collected using a self-developed questionnaire that has undergone stringent validity and reliability testing. Throughout the research process, this paper strictly adhered to ethical standards regarding respondent anonymity, confidentiality, risk of harm, and the like. The ensuing analysis showed that non-teaching personnel demonstrated high to very high levels of resiliency and professional development, while their performance was rated as outstanding. Significant differences in resiliency were found for educational attainment and plantilla position, while professional development showed significant differences by age and educational attainment. No significant differences in performance were observed. Furthermore, a significant moderate positive relationship was found between resiliency and performance, as well as between professional development and performance. These findings suggest that strengthening resiliency and enhancing professional development programs can improve the performance of non-teaching personnel.
