Peer Review Process

The Global Journal of STEM Education & Management Research employs a double-blind peer review process to ensure objectivity and academic integrity. All submitted manuscripts undergo an initial editorial screening to assess compliance with the journal’s aims and scope, author guidelines, and ethical standards. A plagiarism screening is conducted prior to peer review, with an acceptable similarity index of 15% or below.

Manuscripts that pass the initial screening are forwarded to at least two independent and qualified peer reviewers with relevant subject-matter expertise. Both the reviewers and the authors remain anonymous throughout the review process.

Reviewers evaluate manuscripts based on their originality and scholarly contribution to the field, the rigor and validity of the research methodology, the clarity and organization of the manuscript, the quality of academic writing, and the relevance of the study to the journal’s scope.

In cases where one reviewer recommends rejection and another recommends acceptance, the Editor-in-Chief exercises editorial discretion to appoint a third independent reviewer. The recommendation of the third reviewer serves as the decisive evaluation and forms the basis for the final editorial decision.

Authors may be required to revise their manuscripts in response to reviewer comments. Revised submissions are assessed to ensure that all concerns have been adequately addressed.

The Editor-in-Chief, in consultation with the editorial team, makes the final decision to accept, request revisions, or reject the manuscript, guided by the reviewers’ reports and the journal’s editorial policies.
